British vocal group The Frontline Singers came together during the first national lockdown to perform ‘Strange Old World’ – a song about the COVID-19 pandemic, written by theatre partnership James Beeny and Gina Georgio.
More than a year later, they met in person for the first time to sing as a group and rehearse for upcoming performances (to be announced in due course).
From police officers and doctors to West End actors, the group is made up of key workers and professional performers who have worked on the frontline during the pandemic. Hailing from all over Britain, the Frontline Singers have come together to spread a message of hope and solidarity through song.
